Client shall be responsible for the payment amounts, on the payment dates, as offered by Coach. If Client cancels any service for any reason whatsoever, Client shall not be entitled to a refund.

Coach shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, financial loss, personal injury, or emotional distress, arising from your use of Coach's services or website. You agree that your use of Coach's services and website is at your own risk.

**8. Confidentiality**

Any and all information shared by the client in one-on-ones and private coaching sessions will be held confidential by the coach. This includes all discussions and any written materials shared in those sessions. Furthermore, no information will be released to any other individual or agency without specific consent of the client, unless specifically required by law or if there exists danger of harm to the client or someone else. The coach will make every effort to safeguard personal information shared in those sessions; however, there may be situations whereby the coach is not the appropriate individual to provide services and the client may need to be referred to another agency.

**9. Contract between Coach and Client**

The client commits to sharing all pertinent information required for the coach to deliver the services and to avoid any actions that might disrupt the smooth flow of the sessions. The client also pledges to maintain an open, attentive, and prepared stance, ensuring active participation in receiving the services. Client pledges to make an earnest effort, complete all assignments and practice recommended techniques given by the coach.
